Sustainability is at its core, with an eco-friendly garden that uses rain water for irrigation, while providing clean, safe drinking water straight from the tap. Heating is managed without gas installations, and all electricity is CO₂-neutral, minimizing environmental impact. The setting is safe for children and thoughtfully designed to be wheelchair-friendly for two guests, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all.
House and capanna
This beautifully restored property offers eight bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. The house features one main kitchen along with two smaller, separate kitchens, all fully equipped for any culinary need. Inside, there are two spacious dining areas that both accommodate up to 16 guests, as well as several smaller, more intimate dining spaces.
The character of the home is defined by traditional terra cotta floors, thick natural stone walls, and doors and windows crafted from untreated chestnut wood. These authentic elements are complemented by comfortable furniture and modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, TV, and a Sonos sound system. Three fireplaces add warmth and atmosphere throughout the house.
